^{2 Ref} For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured unto you.

^{3 Ref} And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

⁴ Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me cast out the mote out of thine eye; and lo, the beam is in thine own eye?

^{5 Ref} Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

^{2 Ref} For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.

^{3 Ref} Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but don't consider the beam that is in your own eye?

⁴ Or how will you tell your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye;' and behold, the beam is in your own eye?

^{5 Ref} You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother's eye.
