^{20 Ref} And when they were going by in the morning, they saw the fig-tree dead from the roots.

^{21 Ref} And Peter, having a memory of it, said to him, Master, see, the tree which was cursed by you is dead.

^{22 Ref} And Jesus, answering, said to them, Have God's faith.

^{23 Ref} Truly I say to you, Whoever says to this mountain, Be taken up and be put into the sea; and has no doubt in his heart, but has faith that what he says will come about, he will have his desire.

^{24 Ref} For this reason I say to you, Whatever you make a request for in prayer, have faith that it has been given to you, and you will have it.

^{25 Ref} And whenever you make a prayer, let there be forgiveness in your hearts, if you have anything against anyone; so that you may have forgiveness for your sins from your Father who is in heaven.

^{21 Ref} Peter, remembering, said to him, "Rabbi, look! The fig tree which you cursed has withered away."

^{22 Ref} Jesus answered them, "Have faith in God.

^{23 Ref} For most assuredly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and doesn't doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening; he shall have whatever he says.

^{24 Ref} Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.

^{25 Ref} Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions.

²⁶ But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions."
