^{21 Ref} And I gave her time for a change of heart, but she has no mind to give up her unclean ways.

^{22 Ref} See, I will put her into a bed, and those who make themselves unclean with her, into great trouble, if they go on with her works.

^{23 Ref} And I will put her children to death; and all the churches will see that I am he who makes search into the secret thoughts and hearts of men: and I will give to every one of you the reward of your works.

^{21 Ref} I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality.

^{22 Ref} Behold, I will throw her into a bed, and those who commit adultery with her into great oppression, unless they repent of her works.

^{23 Ref} I will kill her children with Death, and all the assemblies will know that I am he who searches the minds and hearts. I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.
