1 Corinthians 6

King James Version (KJV)

13 Ref Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body.

14 Ref And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.

15 Ref Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

13 Ref the meats `are' for the belly, and the belly for the meats. And God both this and these shall make useless; and the body `is' not for whoredom, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body;

14 Ref and God both the Lord did raise, and us will raise up through His power.

15 Ref Have ye not known that your bodies are members of Christ? having taken, then, the members of the Christ, shall I make `them' members of an harlot? let it be not!

Bible in Basic English (BBE)

13 Ref Food is for the stomach and the stomach for food, and God will put an end to them together. But the body is not for the desires of the flesh, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body:

14 Ref And God who made the Lord Jesus come back from the dead will do the same for us by his power.

15 Ref Do you not see that your bodies are part of the body of Christ? how then may I take what is a part of the body of Christ and make it a part of the body of a loose woman? such a thing may not be.
