¹⁰ Cast out the scorner, and contention shall go out; yea, strife and reproach shall cease.

⁹ And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking.

¹⁰ Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.

¹³ But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

²⁴ Proud and haughty scorner is his name, who dealeth in proud wrath.

⁵ Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.

²⁸ And one of the sons of Joiada, the son of Eliashib the high priest, was son in law to Sanballat the Horonite: therefore I chased him from me.

²⁰ Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth.

²¹ As coals are to burning coals, and wood to fire; so is a contentious man to kindle strife.

⁶ A fool's lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes.
