10 who in time past were no people, but now are God's people, who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Hosea 1:9-10

9 He said, "Call his name Lo-Ammi{Lo-Ammi means "not my people"}; for you are not my people, and I will not be yours.

10 Yet the number of the children of Israel will be as the sand of the sea, which can't be measured nor numbered; and it will come to pass that, in the place where it was said to them, 'You are not my people,' they will be called 'sons of the living God.'

Hosea 2:23

23 I will sow her to me in the earth; And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; And I will tell those who were not my people, 'You are my people;' And they will say, 'My God!'"

Romans 9:25-26

25 As he says also in Hosea, "I will call them 'my people,' which were not my people; And her 'beloved,' who was not beloved."

26 "It will be that in the place where it was said to them, 'You are not my people,' There they will be called 'children of the living God.'"

Romans 10:19
