⁴ Such confidence we have through Christ toward God;

¹² in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him.

¹⁹ Listen now to my voice. I will give you counsel, and God be with you. You represent the people before God, and bring the causes to God.

¹⁴ Now thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and reveals through us the sweet aroma of his knowledge in every place.

⁶ being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

⁸ For from you has sounded forth the word of the Lord, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith toward God has gone forth; so that we need not to say anything.
