¹ But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira, his wife, sold a possession,

¹ Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer, and put fire in it, and laid incense on it, and offered strange fire before Yahweh, which he had not commanded them.

² And fire came forth from before Yahweh, and devoured them, and they died before Yahweh.

³ Then Moses said to Aaron, "This is what Yahweh spoke of, saying, "'I will show myself holy to those who come near me, And before all the people I will be glorified.'" Aaron held his peace.

¹ Now Jericho was tightly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.

⁴⁷ "Again, the Kingdom of Heaven is like a dragnet, that was cast into the sea, and gathered some fish of every kind,

⁴⁸ which, when it was filled, they drew up on the beach. They sat down, and gathered the good into containers, but the bad they threw away.

³⁷ All those who the Father gives me will come to me. Him who comes to me I will in no way throw out.

²⁰ Now in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of clay. Some are for honor, and some for dishonor.
