Hebrews 1:1

1 Corinthians 10:5-12

6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.

9 Neither let us test the Lord, as some of them tested, and perished by the serpents.

11 Now all these things happened to them by way of example, and they were written for our admonition, on whom the ends of the ages have come.

12 Therefore let him who thinks he stands be careful that he doesn't fall.

Psalms 68:17

17 The chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands. The Lord is among them, from Sinai, into the sanctuary.

Leviticus 10:1-2

1 Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer, and put fire in it, and laid incense on it, and offered strange fire before Yahweh, which he had not commanded them.

2 And fire came forth from before Yahweh, and devoured them, and they died before Yahweh.

Leviticus 24:14-16

15 You shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, 'Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

31 But your little ones, that you said should be a prey, them will I bring in, and they shall know the land which you have rejected.

32 But as for you, your dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness.

33 Your children shall be wanderers in the wilderness forty years, and shall bear your prostitution, until your dead bodies be consumed in the wilderness.

34 After the number of the days in which you spied out the land, even forty days, for every day a year, shall you bear your iniquities, even forty years, and you shall know my alienation.

35 I, Yahweh, have spoken, surely this will I do to all this evil congregation, who are gathered together against me: in this wilderness they shall be consumed, and there they shall die.

36 The men, whom Moses sent to spy out the land, who returned, and made all the congregation to murmur against him, by bringing up an evil report against the land,

37 even those men who did bring up an evil report of the land, died by the plague before Yahweh.

Numbers 16:31-35

31 It happened, as he made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground split apart that was under them;

32 and the earth opened its mouth, and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men who appertained to Korah, and all their goods.

33 So they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into Sheol: and the earth closed on them, and they perished from among the assembly.

34 All Israel that were round about them fled at the cry of them; for they said, Lest the earth swallow us up.

35 Fire came forth from Yahweh, and devoured the two hundred fifty men who offered the incense.

Numbers 16:49

49 Now those who died by the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, besides those who died about the matter of Korah.

Numbers 20:11-12

11 Moses lifted up his hand, and struck the rock with his rod twice: and water came forth abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their cattle.

12 Yahweh said to Moses and Aaron, Because you didn't believe in me, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.

Numbers 21:6

6 Yahweh sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.

Numbers 25:9

9 Those who died by the plague were twenty-four thousand.

Deuteronomy 4:3-4

3 Your eyes have seen what Yahweh did because of Baal Peor; for all the men who followed Baal Peor, Yahweh your God has destroyed them from the midst of you.

4 But you who did cleave to Yahweh your God are alive everyone of you this day.

Deuteronomy 32:2

2 My doctrine shall drop as the rain; My speech shall condense as the dew, As the small rain on the tender grass, As the showers on the herb.

Exodus 32:27-28

27 He said to them, "Thus says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'Every man put his sword on his thigh, and go back and forth from gate to gate throughout the camp, and every man kill his brother, and every man his companion, and every man his neighbor."

28 The sons of Levi did according to the word of Moses: and there fell of the people that day about three thousand men.
