⁷ Don't they blaspheme the honorable name by which you are called?

⁹ Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name;

¹⁰ that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth,

¹¹ and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

⁵ A mouth speaking great things and blasphemy was given to him. Authority to make war for forty-two months was given to him.

⁶ He opened his mouth for blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his dwelling, those who dwell in heaven.

²⁶ When he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. It happened, that for a whole year they were gathered together with the assembly, and taught many people. The disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.

²³ "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, And shall bring forth a son. They shall call his name Immanuel;" Which is, being interpreted, "God with us."

⁹ He has sent redemption to his people. He has ordained his covenant forever. His name is holy and awesome!

¹⁵ from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named,

¹³ although I was before a blasphemer, a persecutor, and insolent. However, I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.

¹³ He is clothed in a garment sprinkled with blood. His name is called "The Word of God."

¹⁶ He has on his garment and on his thigh a name written, "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS."

¹¹ Punishing them often in all the synagogues, I tried to make them blaspheme. Being exceedingly enraged against them, I persecuted them even to foreign cities.

¹² There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

³ Your oils have a pleasing fragrance. Your name is oil poured forth, Therefore the virgins love you.

¹⁴ Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin will conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.{"Immanuel" means "God with us."}

⁶ For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be on his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

⁷ Of the increase of his government and of peace there shall be no end, on the throne of David, and on his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from henceforth even forever. The zeal of Yahweh of Hosts will perform this.

¹⁵ You shall leave your name for a curse to my chosen; and the Lord Yahweh will kill you; and he will call his servants by another name:

⁶ In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is his name by which he shall be called: Yahweh our righteousness.

²⁴ But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, "This man does not cast out demons, except by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons."

⁶³ saying, "Sir, we remember what that deceiver said while he was still alive: 'After three days I will rise again.'

⁶⁴ Having blindfolded him, they struck him on the face and asked him, "Prophesy! Who is the one who struck you?"

⁶⁵ They spoke many other things against him, insulting him.

⁷ Their eyes bulge with fat. Their minds pass the limits of conceit.

⁸ They scoff and speak with malice. In arrogance, they threaten oppression.

⁹ They have set their mouth in the heavens. Their tongue walks through the earth.
