⁷ They run like mighty men. They climb the wall like warriors. They each march in his line, and they don't swerve off course.

²⁷ The locusts have no king, Yet they advance in ranks;

²³ Saul and Jonathan were lovely and pleasant in their lives, In their death they were not divided: They were swifter than eagles, They were stronger than lions.

¹⁸ The three sons of Zeruiah were there, Joab, and Abishai, and Asahel: and Asahel was as light of foot as a wild gazelle.

¹⁹ Asahel pursued after Abner; and in going he didn't turn to the right hand nor to the left from following Abner.

²⁷ None shall be weary nor stumble among them; None shall slumber nor sleep; Neither shall the belt of their loins be untied, Nor the latchet of their shoes be broken:

²⁸ Whose arrows are sharp, And all their bows bent. Their horses' hoofs will be like flint, And their wheels like a whirlwind.

²⁹ Their roaring will be like a lioness. They will roar like young lions. Yes, they shall roar, And seize their prey and carry it off, And there will be no one to deliver.

¹⁰ Go up on her walls, and destroy; but don't make a full end: take away her branches; for they are not Yahweh's.

⁹ They rush on the city. They run on the wall. They climb up into the houses. They enter in at the windows like thieves.
