¹⁴ But I trust in you, Yahweh. I said, "You are my God."

³ When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.

⁴ In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?

⁵ Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him: My Savior, my helper, and my God.

⁴² Again, a second time he went away, and prayed, saying, "My Father, if this cup can't pass away from me unless I drink it, your desire be done."

³⁹ He went forward a little, fell on his face, and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from me; nevertheless, not what I desire, but what you desire."

⁶ I said to Yahweh, "You are my God." Listen to the cry of my petitions, Yahweh.

²² I will also praise you with the harp for your faithfulness, my God. I sing praises to you with the lyre, Holy One of Israel.

¹² God, don't be far from me. My God, hurry to help me.

¹ > God, you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you, My flesh longs for you, In a dry and weary land, where there is no water.

¹ > My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?

² My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don't answer; In the night season, and am not silent.

² Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower.

¹ > Preserve me, God, for in you do I take refuge.

² My soul, you have said to Yahweh, "You are my Lord. Apart from you I have no good thing."

¹⁷ Jesus said to her, "Don't touch me, for I haven't yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers, and tell them, 'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'"

⁴⁶ About the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, "Eli, Eli, lima{TR reads "lama" instead of "lima"} sabachthani?" That is, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
