Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

34 Ref `And take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts may be weighed down with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and anxieties of life, and suddenly that day may come on you,

35 Ref for as a snare it shall come on all those dwelling on the face of all the land,

36 Ref watch ye, then, in every season, praying that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that are about to come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.'

37 Ref And he was during the days in the temple teaching, and during the nights, going forth, he was lodging at the mount called of Olives;

World English Bible (WEB)

34 Ref "So be careful, or your hearts will be loaded down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day will come on you suddenly.

35 Ref For it will come like a snare on all those who dwell on the surface of all the earth.

36 Ref Therefore be watchful all the time, asking that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will happen, and to stand before the Son of Man."

37 Ref Every day Jesus was teaching in the temple, and every night he would go out and spend the night on the mountain that is called Olivet.

Bible in Basic English (BBE)

34 Ref But give attention to yourselves, for fear that your hearts become over-full of the pleasures of food and wine, and the cares of this life, and that day may come on you suddenly, and take you as in a net:

35 Ref For so it will come on all those who are living on the face of all the earth.

36 Ref But keep watch at all times with prayer, that you may be strong enough to come through all these things and take your place before the Son of man.

37 Ref And every day he was teaching in the Temple and every night he went out to the mountain which is named the Mountain of Olives to take his rest.
