^{11 Ref} For the saving grace of God was manifested to all men,

^{12 Ref} teaching us, that denying the impiety and the worldly desires, soberly and righteously and piously we may live in the present age,

^{13 Ref} waiting for the blessed hope and manifestation of the glory of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ,

^{14 Ref} who did give himself for us, that he might ransom us from all lawlessness, and might purify to himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works;

^{15 Ref} these things be speaking, and exhorting, and convicting, with all charge; let no one despise thee!

^{11 Ref} For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men,

^{12 Ref} instructing us to the intent that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we would live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world;

^{13 Ref} looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ;

^{14 Ref} who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.

^{15 Ref} Say these things and exhort and reprove with all authority. Let no man despise you.

^{11 Ref} For the grace of God has come, giving salvation to all men,

^{12 Ref} Training us so that, turning away from evil and the desires of this world, we may be living wisely and uprightly in the knowledge of God in this present life;

^{13 Ref} Looking for the glad hope, the revelation of the glory of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ;

^{14 Ref} Who gave himself for us, so that he might make us free from all wrongdoing, and make for himself a people clean in heart and on fire with good works.

^{15 Ref} On all these points give teaching and help, and make clear what is right with all authority. Let all men give you honour.
