⁹ He will keep the feet of his holy ones; But the wicked shall be put to silence in darkness; For by strength shall no man prevail.

¹¹ For he will give his angels charge over thee, To keep thee in all thy ways.

¹² They shall bear thee up in their hands, Lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

¹⁶ There is no king saved by the multitude of a host: A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.

¹⁷ A horse is a vain thing for safety; Neither doth he deliver any by his great power.

¹² but the sons of the kingdom shall be cast forth into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

³ He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber.

⁵ who by the power of God are guarded through faith unto a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

³ Yea, he loveth the people; All his saints are in thy hand: And they sat down at thy feet; `Every one' shall receive of thy words.

²³ A man's goings are established of Jehovah; And he delighteth in his way.

²⁸ For Jehovah loveth justice, And forsaketh not his saints; They are preserved for ever: But the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

¹⁸ When I said, My foot slippeth; Thy lovingkindness, O Jehovah, held me up.

¹⁰ O ye that love Jehovah, hate evil: He preserveth the souls of his saints; He delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

¹⁷ All his days also he eateth in darkness, and he is sore vexed, and hath sickness and wrath.

¹³ Wild waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved forever.

³ Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints.

¹ Jude, a servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are called, beloved in God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:

¹⁶ So the poor hath hope, And iniquity stoppeth her mouth.

⁵ Jehovah is thy keeper: Jehovah is thy shade upon thy right hand.

⁸ That he may guard the paths of justice, And preserve the way of his saints.

⁹ A man's heart deviseth his way; But Jehovah directeth his steps.

¹¹ I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

¹⁴ Why do we sit still? assemble yourselves, and let us enter into the fortified cities, and let us be silent there; for Jehovah our God hath put us to silence, and given us water of gall to drink, because we have sinned against Jehovah.

²³ Thus saith Jehovah, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches;

¹⁵ That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness,

⁶ Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of Jehovah unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith Jehovah of hosts.

¹² and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding-garment? And he was speechless.

¹³ Then the king said to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and cast him out into the outer darkness; there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.

¹⁹ Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it speaketh to them that are under the law; that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God:

¹⁷ These are springs without water, and mists driven by a storm; for whom the blackness of darkness hath been reserved.

²⁶ For Jehovah will be thy confidence, And will keep thy foot from being taken.
