²¹ And they gathered it morning by morning, every man according to his eating: and when the sun waxed hot, it melted.

⁶ Go to the ant, thou sluggard; Consider her ways, and be wise:

⁷ Which having no chief, Overseer, or ruler,

⁸ Provideth her bread in the summer, And gathereth her food in the harvest.

⁹ How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? When wilt thou arise out of thy sleep?

¹⁰ `Yet' a little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep:

¹¹ So shall thy poverty come as a robber, And thy want as an armed man.

¹⁰ Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do `it' with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, whither thou goest.

¹ Remember also thy Creator in the days of thy youth, before the evil days come, and the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them;

³³ But seek ye first his kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

³⁵ Jesus therefore said unto them, Yet a little while is the light among you. Walk while ye have the light, that darkness overtake you not: and he that walketh in the darkness knoweth not whither he goeth.

² (for he saith, At an acceptable time I hearkened unto thee, And in a day of salvation did I succor thee: behold, now is the acceptable time; behold, now is the day of salvation):
