⁶ If thou hast sinned, what effectest thou against him? And if thy transgressions be multiplied, what doest thou unto him?

³⁶ But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: All they that hate me love death.

¹⁹ Do they provoke me to anger? saith Jehovah; `do they' not `provoke' themselves, to the confusion of their own faces?

¹² If thou art wise, thou art wise for thyself; And if thou scoffest, thou alone shalt bear it.
