³² He maketh a path to shine after him; One would think the deep to be hoary.

² And the earth was waste and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep: and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

³¹ The hoary head is a crown of glory; It shall be found in the way of righteousness.

³⁰ The waters hide themselves `and become' like stone, And the face of the deep is frozen.

¹⁶ Hast thou entered into the springs of the sea? Or hast thou walked in the recesses of the deep?

¹⁴ The deep saith, It is not in me; And the sea saith, It is not with me.

³⁸ And he said, My son shall not go down with you; for his brother is dead, and he only is left: if harm befall him by the way in which ye go, then will ye bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to Sheol.

⁸ And Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full `of years', and was gathered to his people.

¹⁵ But thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.

¹⁵ and let them be for lights in the firmament of heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

²⁹ The glory of young men is their strength; And the beauty of old men is the hoary head.
