Judges 2:14

Deuteronomy 29:19-20

19 and it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart, to destroy the moist with the dry.

20 Jehovah will not pardon him, but then the anger of Jehovah and his jealousy will smoke against that man, and all the curse that is written in this book shall lie upon him, and Jehovah will blot out his name from under heaven.

Deuteronomy 31:17-18

17 Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day, and I will forsake them, and I will hide my face from them, and they shall be devoured, and many evils and troubles shall come upon them; so that they will say in that day, Are not these evils come upon us because our God is not among us?

18 And I will surely hide my face in that day for all the evil which they shall have wrought, in that they are turned unto other gods.

Judges 1:19

19 And Jehovah was with Judah; and drove out `the inhabitants of' the hill-country; for he could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron.

Judges 1:34

34 And the Amorites forced the children of Dan into the hill-country; for they would not suffer them to come down to the valley;

Judges 3:7-8

7 And the children of Israel did that which was evil in the sight of Jehovah, and forgat Jehovah their God, and served the Baalim and the Asheroth.

8 Therefore the anger of Jehovah was kindled against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Cushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia: and the children of Israel served Cushan-rishathaim eight years.

Leviticus 26:28

28 then I will walk contrary unto you in wrath; and I also will chastise you seven times for your sins.
