⁵⁸ And her neighbors and her kinsfolk heard that the Lord had magnified his mercy towards her; and they rejoiced with her.

⁹ He maketh the barren woman to keep house, `And to be' a joyful mother of children. Praise ye Jehovah.

¹⁴ And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth.

²⁵ Thus hath the Lord done unto me in the days wherein he looked upon `me', to take away my reproach among men.

¹⁵ Rejoice with them that rejoice; weep with them that weep.

¹⁹ behold now, thy servant hath found favor in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy lovingkindness, which thou hast showed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest evil overtake me, and I die:

⁶ And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh. Every one that heareth will laugh with me.

¹⁴ And the women said unto Naomi, Blessed be Jehovah, who hath not left thee this day without a near kinsman; and let his name be famous in Israel.

¹⁵ And he shall be unto thee a restorer of life, and a nourisher of thine old age, for thy daughter-in-law, who loveth thee, who is better to thee than seven sons, hath borne him.

¹⁶ And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became nurse unto it.

¹⁷ And the women her neighbors gave it a name, saying, There is a son born to Naomi; and they called his name Obed: he is the father of Jesse, the father of David.

⁹ Shall I bring to the birth, and not cause to bring forth? saith Jehovah: shall I that cause to bring forth shut `the womb'? saith thy God.

¹⁰ Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad for her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn over her;

²⁶ And whether one member suffereth, all the members suffer with it; or `one' member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.
