³ And if any one say aught unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.

²⁶ And Saul also went to his house to Gibeah; and there went with him the host, whose hearts God had touched.

¹⁶ But thanks be to God, who putteth the same earnest care for you into the heart of Titus.

⁹ For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might become rich.

¹ Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God which hath been given in the churches of Macedonia;

² how that in much proof of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality.

²⁵ neither is he served by men's hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;

² even as thou gavest him authority over all flesh, that to all whom thou hast given him, he should give eternal life.

³⁵ The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

⁸ The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith Jehovah of hosts.

⁹ The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, saith Jehovah of hosts; and in this place will I give peace, saith Jehovah of hosts.

¹⁰ For every beast of the forest is mine, And the cattle upon a thousand hills.

¹¹ I know all the birds of the mountains; And the wild beasts of the field are mine.

¹ The earth is Jehovah's, and the fulness thereof; The world, and they that dwell therein.

²⁷ Blessed be Jehovah, the God of our fathers, who hath put such a thing as this in the king's heart, to beautify the house of Jehovah which is in Jerusalem;

⁵ Then rose up the heads of fathers' `houses' of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, even all whose spirit God had stirred to go up to build the house of Jehovah which is in Jerusalem.

¹ Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of Jehovah by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, Jehovah stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and `put it' also in writing, saying,

¹⁴ But who am I, and what is my people, that we should be able to offer so willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee.

¹⁵ For we are strangers before thee, and sojourners, as all our fathers were: our days on the earth are as a shadow, and there is no abiding.

¹⁶ O Jehovah our God, all this store that we have prepared to build thee a house for thy holy name cometh of thy hand, and is all thine own.

⁹ Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Sidon, and dwell there: behold, I have commanded a widow there to sustain thee.

¹⁷ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.
