⁷ For thou hast been my help, And in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.

¹¹ But let all those that take refuge in thee rejoice, Let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: Let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

⁸ Keep me as the apple of the eye; Hide me under the shadow of thy wings,

¹ The king shall joy in thy strength, O Jehovah; And in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!

⁹ Hide not thy face from me; Put not thy servant away in anger: Thou hast been my help; Cast me not off, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

³ For strangers are risen up against me, And violent men have sought after my soul: They have not set God before them. Selah

⁴ Behold, God is my helper: The Lord is of them that uphold my soul.

¹ Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me; For my soul taketh refuge in thee: Yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I take refuge, Until `these' calamities be overpast.
