^{1 Ref} Praise by David. I exalt Thee, my God, O king, And bless Thy name to the age and for ever.

^{2 Ref} Every day do I bless Thee, And praise Thy name to the age and for ever.

^{3 Ref} Great `is' Jehovah, and praised greatly, And of His greatness there is no searching.

^{4 Ref} Generation to generation praiseth Thy works, And Thy mighty acts they declare.

^{5 Ref} The honour -- the glory of Thy majesty, And the matters of Thy wonders I declare.

^{6 Ref} And the strength of Thy fearful acts they tell, And Thy greatness I recount.

^{7 Ref} The memorial of the abundance of Thy goodness they send forth. And Thy righteousness they sing.

^{8 Ref} Gracious and merciful `is' Jehovah, Slow to anger, and great in kindness.

^{9 Ref} Good `is' Jehovah to all, And His mercies `are' over all His works.

^{10 Ref} Confess Thee O Jehovah, do all Thy works, And Thy saints do bless Thee.

^{11 Ref} The honour of Thy kingdom they tell, And `of' Thy might they speak,

^{12 Ref} To make known to sons of men His mighty acts, The honour of the majesty of His kingdom.

^{13 Ref} Thy kingdom `is' a kingdom of all ages, And Thy dominion `is' in all generations.

^{14 Ref} Jehovah is supporting all who are falling, And raising up all who are bowed down.

^{15 Ref} The eyes of all unto Thee do look, And Thou art giving to them their food in its season,

^{16 Ref} Opening Thy hand, and satisfying The desire of every living thing.

^{17 Ref} Righteous `is' Jehovah in all His ways, And kind in all His works.

^{18 Ref} Near `is' Jehovah to all those calling Him, To all who call Him in truth.

^{19 Ref} The desire of those fearing Him He doth, And their cry He heareth, and saveth them.

^{20 Ref} Jehovah preserveth all those loving Him, And all the wicked He destroyeth.

^{21 Ref} The praise of Jehovah my mouth speaketh, And all flesh doth bless His holy name, To the age and for ever!

^{8 Ref} Yahweh is gracious, merciful, Slow to anger, and of great loving kindness.

^{9 Ref} Yahweh is good to all. His tender mercies are over all his works.

^{10 Ref} All your works will give thanks to you, Yahweh. Your saints will extol you.

^{11 Ref} They will speak of the glory of your kingdom, And talk about your power;

^{12 Ref} To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, The glory of the majesty of his kingdom.

^{13 Ref} Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. Your dominion endures throughout all generations.

^{14 Ref} Yahweh upholds all who fall, And raises up all those who are bowed down.

^{15 Ref} The eyes of all wait for you. You give them their food in due season.

^{16 Ref} You open your hand, And satisfy the desire of every living thing.

^{17 Ref} Yahweh is righteous in all his ways, And gracious in all his works.

^{18 Ref} Yahweh is near to all those who call on him, To all who call on him in truth.

^{19 Ref} He will fulfill the desire of those who fear him. He also will hear their cry, and will save them.

^{20 Ref} Yahweh preserves all those who love him, But all the wicked he will destroy.

^{21 Ref} My mouth will speak the praise of Yahweh. Let all flesh bless his holy name forever and ever.
