² And when David had made an end of offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, he blessed the people in the name of Jehovah.

¹⁹ And he blessed him, and said, Blessed be Abram of God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth:

⁵⁰ And he led them out until `they were' over against Bethany: and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.

⁵¹ And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he parted from them, and was carried up into heaven.

²⁷ Then the priests the Levites arose and blessed the people: and their voice was heard, and their prayer came up to his holy habitation, even unto heaven.

¹⁸ For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim and Manasseh, Issachar and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the passover otherwise than it is written. For Hezekiah had prayed for them, saying, The good Jehovah pardon every one

¹⁹ that setteth his heart to seek God, Jehovah, the God of his fathers, though `he be' not `cleansed' according to the purification of the sanctuary.

²⁰ And Jehovah hearkened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.

²⁹ And when they had made an end of offering, the king and all that were present with him bowed themselves and worshipped.

⁵⁵ And he stood, and blessed all the assembly of Israel with a loud voice, saying,

⁵⁶ Blessed be Jehovah, that hath given rest unto his people Israel, according to all that he promised: there hath not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by Moses his servant.

¹⁸ And when David had made an end of offering the burnt-offering and the peace-offerings, he blessed the people in the name of Jehovah of hosts.

⁶ So Joshua blessed them, and sent them away; and they went unto their tents.

²³ Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel: ye shall say unto them,

²⁴ Jehovah bless thee, and keep thee:

²⁵ Jehovah make his face to shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

²⁶ Jehovah lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

²⁷ So shall they put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.

³ If his oblation be a burnt-offering of the herd, he shall offer it a male without blemish: he shall offer it at the door of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before Jehovah.

¹⁰ And Jacob blessed Pharaoh, and went out from the presence of Pharaoh.

⁷ And Joseph brought in Jacob his father, and set him before Pharaoh: and Jacob blessed Pharaoh.

⁷ Now therefore restore the man's wife. For he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live. And if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine.

⁷ But without any dispute the less is blessed of the better.
