¹³ to keep the commandments of Jehovah, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?

²⁴ And Jehovah commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear Jehovah our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as at this day.

¹² If thou art wise, thou art wise for thyself; And if thou scoffest, thou alone shalt bear it.

³⁹ and I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:

²⁵ But he that looketh into the perfect law, the `law' of liberty, and `so' continueth, being not a hearer that forgetteth but a doer that worketh, this man shall be blessed in his doing.
