⁹ And thou shalt write them upon the door-posts of thy house, and upon thy gates.

⁸ And behind the doors and the posts hast thou set up thy memorial: for thou hast uncovered `thyself' to another than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them: thou lovedst their bed where thou sawest it.

⁷ And they shall take of the blood, and put it on the two side-posts and on the lintel, upon the houses wherein they shall eat it.

²³ Oh that my words were now written! Oh that they were inscribed in a book!

²⁴ That with an iron pen and lead They were graven in the rock for ever!

²⁵ But as for me I know that my Redeemer liveth, And at last he will stand up upon the earth:

⁸ Now go, write it before them on a tablet, and inscribe it in a book, that it may be for the time to come for ever and ever.

² And Jehovah answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run that readeth it.
