⁷ Now Moses used to take the tent and to pitch it without the camp, afar off from the camp; and he called it, The tent of meeting. And it came to pass, that every one that sought Jehovah went out unto the tent of meeting, which was without the camp.

⁴² It shall be a continual burnt-offering throughout your generations at the door of the tent of meeting before Jehovah, where I will meet with you, to speak there unto thee.

⁴³ And there I will meet with the children of Israel; and `the Tent' shall be sanctified by my glory.

¹ And there was a famine in the days of David three years, year after year; and David sought the face of Jehovah. And Jehovah said, It is for Saul, and for his bloody house, because he put to death the Gibeonites.

²⁹ But from thence ye shall seek Jehovah thy God, and thou shalt find him, when thou searchest after him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.

¹¹ For the bodies of those beasts whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest `as an offering' for sin, are burned without the camp.

¹² Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people through his own blood, suffered without the gate.

¹³ Let us therefore go forth unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

⁷ Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

⁸ for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

¹² Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, so that not a man shall be left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!

² but your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, so that he will not hear.

⁶ Seek ye Jehovah while he may be found; call ye upon him while he is near:

⁷ let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto Jehovah, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

²⁹ Jehovah is far from the wicked; But he heareth the prayer of the righteous.

²² Thou hast seen it, O Jehovah; keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.

⁸ `When thou saidst', Seek ye my face; My heart said unto thee, Thy face, Jehovah, will I seek.

¹ Why standest thou afar off, O Jehovah? Why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?
