²⁴ And he put the candlestick in the tent of meeting, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.

³¹ And thou shalt make a candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work shall the candlestick be made, even its base, and its shaft; its cups, its knops, and its flowers, shall be of one piece with it.

³² And there shall be six branches going out of the sides thereof; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof:

³³ three cups made like almond-blossoms in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three cups made like almond-blossoms in the other branch, a knop and a flower: so for the six branches going out of the candlestick:

³⁴ and in the candlestick four cups made like almond-blossoms, the knops thereof, and the flowers thereof;

³⁵ and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of the candlestick.

²⁰ the mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks are seven churches.

¹² Again therefore Jesus spake unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.

⁹ There was the true light, `even the light' which lighteth every man, coming into the world.

⁵ And the light shineth in the darkness; and the darkness apprehended it not.

¹ In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

¹⁰⁵ NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, And light unto my path.

¹⁷ And he made the candlestick of pure gold: of beaten work made he the candlestick, even its base, and its shaft; its cups, it knops, and its flowers, were of one piece with it:

¹⁸ and there were six branches going out of the sides thereof; three branches of the candlestick out of the one side thereof, and three branches of the candlestick out of the other side thereof:

¹⁹ three cups made like almond-blossoms in one branch, a knop and a flower, and three cups made like almond-blossoms in the other branch, a knop and a flower: so for the six branches going out of the candlestick.

²⁰ And in the candlestick were four cups made like almond-blossoms, the knops thereof, and the flowers thereof;

²¹ and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, and a knop under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of it.

²² Their knops and their branches were of one piece with it: the whole of it was one beaten work of pure gold.

²³ And he made the lamps thereof, seven, and the snuffers thereof, and the snuffdishes thereof, of pure gold.

²⁴ Of a talent of pure gold made he it, and all the vessels thereof.

³⁵ And thou shalt set the table without the veil, and the candlestick over against the table on the side of the tabernacle toward the south: and thou shalt put the table on the north side.

⁵ Remember therefore whence thou art fallen, and repent and do the first works; or else I come to thee, and will move thy candlestick out of its place, except thou repent.
