⁹ And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the furniture thereof: and it shall be holy.

¹⁰ And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them.

²⁰ And ye have an anointing from the Holy One, and ye know all the things.

²² who also sealed us, and gave `us' the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

⁴ who comforteth us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort them that are in any affliction, through the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

³⁴ For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for he giveth not the Spirit by measure.

¹⁶ And Jesus when he was baptized, went up straightway from the water: and lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon him;

¹ The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening `of the prison' to them that are bound;

² And the Spirit of Jehovah shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Jehovah.

⁷ Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated wickedness: Therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee With the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

¹ And it came to pass on the day that Moses had made an end of setting up the tabernacle, and had anointed it and sanctified it, and all the furniture thereof, and the altar and all the vessels thereof, and had anointed them and sanctified them;

³⁹ the brazen altar, and its grating of brass, its staves, and all its vessels, the laver and its base;

²⁹ And he made the holy anointing oil, and the pure incense of sweet spices, after the art of the perfumer.

²³ Take thou also unto thee the chief spices: of flowing myrrh five hundred `shekels', and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundred and fifty, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty,

²⁴ and of cassia five hundred, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of olive oil a hin.

²⁵ And thou shalt make it a holy anointing oil, a perfume compounded after the art of the perfumer: it shall be a holy anointing oil.

²⁶ And thou shalt anoint therewith the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony,

²⁷ and the table and all the vessels thereof, and the candlestick and the vessels thereof, and the altar of incense,

²⁸ and the altar of burnt-offering with all the vessels thereof, and the laver and the base thereof.

²⁹ And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be most holy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.

³⁰ And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and sanctify them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.

³¹ And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be a holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.

³² Upon the flesh of man shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any like it, according to the composition thereof: it is holy, `and' it shall be holy unto you.

³³ Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, he shall be cut off from his people.
