²⁹ Watch ye, and keep them, until ye weigh them before the chiefs of the priests and the Levites, and the princes of the fathers' `houses' of Israel, at Jerusalem, in the chambers of the house of Jehovah.

³³ And on the fourth day the silver and the gold and the vessels were weighed in the house of our God into the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriah the priest; and with him was Eleazar the son of Phinehas; and with them was Jozabad the son of Jeshua, and Noadiah the son of Binnui, the Levite;

³⁴ the whole by number and by weight: and all the weight was written at that time.

²⁰ And of the Levites, Ahijah was over the treasures of the house of God, and over the treasures of the dedicated things.

²¹ The sons of Ladan, the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan, the heads of the fathers' `houses' belonging to Ladan the Gershonite: Jehieli.

²² The sons of Jehieli: Zetham, and Joel his brother, over the treasures of the house of Jehovah.

²³ Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites:

²⁴ and Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, was ruler over the treasures.

²⁵ And his brethren: of Eliezer `came' Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.

²⁶ This Shelomoth and his brethren were over all the treasures of the dedicated things, which David the king, and the heads of the fathers' `houses', the captains over thousands and hundreds, and the captains of the host, had dedicated.

³⁴ `It is' as `when' a man, sojourning in another country, having left his house, and given authority to his servants, to each one his work, commanded also the porter to watch.

³⁵ Watch therefore: for ye know not when the lord of the house cometh, whether at even, or at midnight, or at cockcrowing, or in the morning;

³¹ Wherefore watch ye, remembering that by the space of three years I ceased not to admonish every one night and day with tears.

⁵ But be thou sober in all things, suffer hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil thy ministry.
