²⁴ And God said, Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind, cattle, and creeping things, and beasts of the earth after their kind: and it was so.

⁹ I will take no bullock out of thy house, Nor he-goats out of thy folds.

¹⁰ For every beast of the forest is mine, And the cattle upon a thousand hills.

¹⁵ Behold now, behemoth, which I made as well as thee; He eateth grass as an ox.

¹⁹ every beast, every creeping thing, and every bird, whatsoever moveth upon the earth, after their families, went forth out of the ark.

¹⁴ they, and every beast after its kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after its kind, and every bird after its kind, every bird of every sort.

²⁰ Of the birds after their kind, and of the cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the ground after its kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive.

¹⁰ Beasts and all cattle; Creeping things and flying birds;

²³ Man goeth forth unto his work And to his labor until the evening.

¹⁸ The high mountains are for the wild goats; The rocks are a refuge for the conies.

¹⁹ Hast thou given the horse `his' might? Hast thou clothed his neck with the quivering mane?

⁹ Will the wild-ox be content to serve thee? Or will he abide by thy crib?

⁵ Who hath sent out the wild ass free? Or who hath loosed the bonds of the swift ass,

¹ Knowest thou the time when the wild goats of the rock bring forth? `Or' canst thou mark when the hinds do calve?

³⁹ Canst thou hunt the prey for the lioness, Or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,

⁴⁰ When they couch in their dens, `And' abide in the covert to lie in wait?
