¹³ And Leah said, Happy am I! for the daughters will call me happy: and she called his name Asher.

⁴⁸ For he hath looked upon the low estate of his handmaid: For behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.

²⁶ and the sons of Zilpah, Leah's handmaid: Gad and Asher: these are the sons of Jacob, that were born to him in Paddan-aram.

²⁰ Out of the Asher his bread shall be fat, And he shall yield royal dainties.

²⁸ Her children rise up, and call her blessed; Her husband `also', and he praiseth her, `saying':

¹⁷ And the sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister; and the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel.

²⁴ And of Asher he said, Blessed be Asher with children; Let him be acceptable unto his brethren, And let him dip his foot in oil.

²⁵ Thy bars shall be iron and brass; And as thy days, so shall thy strength be.

⁹ My dove, my undefiled, is `but' one; She is the only one of her mother; She is the choice one of her that bare her. The daughters saw her, and called her blessed; `Yea', the queens and the concubines, and they praised her.
