¹ Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, marching in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.

⁵ For my sword hath drunk its fill in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Edom, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.

⁶ The sword of Jehovah is filled with blood, it is made fat with fatness, with the blood of lambs and goats, with the fat of the kidneys of rams; for Jehovah hath a sacrifice in Bozrah, and a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

⁷ Remember, O Jehovah, against the children of Edom The day of Jerusalem; Who said, Rase it, rase it, Even to the foundation thereof.

¹⁷ saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God, the Almighty, who art and who wast; because thou hast taken thy great power, and didst reign.

¹⁸ And the nations were wroth, and thy wrath came, and the time of the dead to be judged, and `the time' to give their reward to thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and to them that fear thy name, the small and the great; and to destroy them that destroy the earth.

²⁴ Now unto him that is able to guard you from stumbling, and to set you before the presence of his glory without blemish in exceeding joy,

²⁵ to the only God our Saviour, through Jesus Christ our Lord, `be' glory, majesty, dominion and power, before all time, and now, and for evermore. Amen.

¹⁰ And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was stirred, saying, Who is this?

²⁸ and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand.

²⁹ My Father, who hath given `them' unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch `them' out of the Father's hand.

³⁰ I and the Father are one.

²⁵ Wherefore also he is able to save to the uttermost them that draw near unto God through him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

⁵ who by the power of God are guarded through faith unto a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

¹³ And he `is' arrayed in a garment sprinkled with blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

¹⁷ Jehovah thy God is in the midst of thee, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love; he will joy over thee with singing.

¹¹ Thus saith Jehovah: For three transgressions of Edom, yea, for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he did pursue his brother with the sword, and did cast off all pity, and his anger did tear perpetually, and he kept his wrath for ever:

¹² but I will send a fire upon Teman, and it shall devour the palaces of Bozrah.

² Wherefore art thou red in thine apparel, and thy garments like him that treadeth in the winevat?

³ I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the peoples there was no man with me: yea, I trod them in mine anger, and trampled them in my wrath; and their lifeblood is sprinkled upon my garments, and I have stained all my raiment.

⁷ Lift up your heads, O ye gates; And be ye lifted up, ye everlasting doors: And the King of glory will come in.

⁸ Who is the King of glory? Jehovah strong and mighty, Jehovah mighty in battle.

⁹ Lift up your heads, O ye gates; Yea, lift them up, ye everlasting doors: And the King of glory will come in.

¹⁰ Who is this King of glory? Jehovah of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah Psalm 25 `A Psalm' of David.

³ Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O mighty one, Thy glory and thy majesty.

⁴ And in thy majesty ride on prosperously, Because of truth and meekness `and' righteousness: And thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things.

⁶ Who is this that cometh up from the wilderness Like pillars of smoke, Perfumed with myrrh and frankincense, With all powders of the merchant?

¹⁰ Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, Fair as the moon, Clear as the sun, Terrible as an army with banners?

⁵ Who is this that cometh up from the wilderness, Leaning upon her beloved? Under the apple-tree I awakened thee: There thy mother was in travail with thee, There was she in travail that brought thee forth.

⁵ For all the armor of the armed man in the tumult, and the garments rolled in blood, shall be for burning, for fuel of fire.

¹⁹ I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness; I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I, Jehovah, speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

²³ By myself have I sworn, the word is gone forth from my mouth `in' righteousness, and shall not return, that unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

¹⁹ God is not a man, that he should lie, Neither the son of man, that he should repent: Hath he said, and will he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and will he not make it good?
