²⁶ It is good that a man should hope and quietly wait for the salvation of Jehovah.

⁷ Rest in Jehovah, and wait patiently for him: Fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, Because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

³⁵ Cast not away therefore your boldness, which hath great recompense of reward.

¹⁴ for we are become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our confidence firm unto the end:

⁵ I wait for Jehovah, my soul doth wait, And in his word do I hope.

¹⁸ But it is good to be zealously sought in a good matter at all times, and not only when I am present with you.

³⁴ Wait for Jehovah, and keep his way, And he will exalt thee to inherit the land: When the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

¹⁷ Ye shall not need to fight in this `battle': set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of Jehovah with you, O Judah and Jerusalem; fear not, nor be dismayed: to-morrow go out against them: for Jehovah is with you.

¹³ And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of Jehovah, which he will work for you to-day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to-day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
