⁴⁰ And if a man's hair be fallen off his head, he is bald; `yet' is he clean.

⁴¹ And if his hair be fallen off from the front part of his head, he is forehead bald; `yet' is he clean.

²³ And he went up from thence unto Beth-el; and as he was going up by the way, there came forth young lads out of the city, and mocked him, and said unto him, Go up, thou baldhead; go up, thou baldhead.

¹¹ His head is `as' the most fine gold; His locks are bushy, `and' black as a raven.

² They are gone up to Bayith, and to Dibon, to the high places, to weep: Moab waileth over Nebo, and over Medeba; on all their heads is baldness, every beard is cut off.

¹⁰ And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning for an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.

¹² Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey the lusts thereof:

¹⁹ I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye presented your members `as' servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity, even so now present your members `as' servants to righteousness unto sanctification.

¹⁰ And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the spirit is life because of righteousness.

¹³ but ye know that because of an infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you the first time:
