²⁶ I say unto you, that unto every one that hath shall be given; but from him that hath not, even that which he hath shall be taken away from him.

¹² For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he hath.

⁸ Look to yourselves, that ye lose not the things which we have wrought, but that ye receive a full reward.

¹⁸ Take heed therefore how ye hear: for whosoever hath, to him shall be given; and whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he thinketh he hath.

²⁵ For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken away even that which he hath.

²⁸ Take ye away therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him that hath the ten talents.

¹¹ I come quickly: hold fast that which thou hast, that no one take thy crown.

³ and thou hast patience and didst bear for my name's sake, and hast not grown weary.

³ And the steward said within himself, What shall I do, seeing that my lord taketh away the stewardship from me? I have not strength to dig; to beg I am ashamed.

⁴³ Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken away from you, and shall be given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

¹⁵ but my lovingkindness shall not depart from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away before thee.

²⁸ And Samuel said unto him, Jehovah hath rent the kingdom of Israel from thee this day, and hath given it to a neighbor of thine, that is better than thou.

³⁰ Therefore Jehovah, the God of Israel, saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now Jehovah saith, Be it far from me; for them that honor me I will honor, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

²⁰ For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be made desolate, And let no man dwell therein: and, His office let another take.

¹ After these things there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

² Now there is in Jerusalem by the sheep `gate' a pool, which is called in Hebrew Bethesda, having five porches.

³ In these lay a multitude of them that were sick, blind, halt, withered, `waiting for the moving of the water.'

¹² Because they ministered unto them before their idols, and became a stumblingblock of iniquity unto the house of Israel; therefore have I lifted up my hand against them, saith the Lord Jehovah, and they shall bear their iniquity.

¹³ And they shall not come near unto me, to execute the office of priest unto me, nor to come near to any of my holy things, unto the things that are most holy; but they shall bear their shame, and their abominations which they have committed.

¹⁴ Yet will I make them keepers of the charge of the house, for all the service thereof, and for all that shall be done therein.

¹⁵ But the priests the Levites, the sons of Zadok, that kept the charge of my sanctuary when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me; and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith the Lord Jehovah:

¹⁶ they shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister unto me, and they shall keep my charge.

⁸ Let his days be few; `And' let another take his office.
