²⁸ Thus were the journeyings of the children of Israel according to their hosts; and they set forward.

³⁴ Thus did the children of Israel; according to all that Jehovah commanded Moses, so they encamped by their standards, and so they set forward, every one by their families, according to their fathers' houses.

³⁵ And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, O Jehovah, and let thine enemies be scattered; and let them that hate thee flee before thee.

³⁶ And when it rested, he said, Return, O Jehovah, unto the ten thousands of the thousands of Israel.

⁴ He saith, who heareth the words of God, Who seeth the vision of the Almighty, Falling down, and having his eyes open:

⁵ How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, Thy tabernacles, O Israel!

¹⁰ Who is she that looketh forth as the morning, Fair as the moon, Clear as the sun, Terrible as an army with banners?

³³ for God is not `a God' of confusion, but of peace. As in all the churches of the saints,

⁴⁰ But let all things be done decently and in order.

⁵ For though I am absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.
