³ As for the saints that are in the earth, They are the excellent in whom is all my delight.

¹⁰ for God is not unrighteous to forget your work and the love which ye showed toward his name, in that ye ministered unto the saints, and still do minister.

⁸ Faithful is the saying, and concerning these things I desire that thou affirm confidently, to the end that they who have believed God may be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men:

¹⁷ And they shall be mine, saith Jehovah of hosts, `even' mine own possession, in the day that I make; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

¹⁴ We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not abideth in death.

¹⁵ Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

¹⁶ Hereby know we love, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

¹⁷ But whoso hath the world's goods, and beholdeth his brother in need, and shutteth up his compassion from him, how doth the love of God abide in him?

²⁵ Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it;

²⁶ that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word,

²⁷ that he might present the church to himself a glorious `church', not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

¹ Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, to the saints that are at Ephesus, and the faithful in Christ Jesus:

¹⁰ So then, as we have opportunity, let us work that which is good toward all men, and especially toward them that are of the household of the faith.

¹³ But Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard from many of this man, how much evil he did to thy saints at Jerusalem:

⁴ Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzi-bah, and thy land Beulah; for Jehovah delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married.

¹⁰ I am my beloved's; And his desire is toward me.

¹ Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; Thine eyes are `as' doves behind thy veil. Thy hair is as a flock of goats, That lie along the side of mount Gilead.

² Thy teeth are like a flock `of ewes' that are `newly' shorn, Which are come up from the washing, Whereof every one hath twins, And none is bereaved among them.

³ Thy lips are like a thread of scarlet, And thy mouth is comely. Thy temples are like a piece of a pomegranate Behind thy veil.

⁴ Thy neck is like the tower of David builded for an armory, Whereon there hang a thousand bucklers, All the shields of the mighty men.

⁵ Thy two breasts are like two fawns That are twins of a roe, Which feed among the lilies.

⁶ Until the day be cool, and the shadows flee away, I will get me to the mountain of myrrh, And to the hill of frankincense.

⁷ Thou art all fair, my love; And there is no spot in thee.

²⁰ Walk with wise men, and thou shalt be wise; But the companion of fools shall smart for it.

²⁶ The righteous is a guide to his neighbor; But the way of the wicked causeth them to err.

³¹ Rejoicing in his habitable earth; And my delight was with the sons of men.

⁶³ I am a companion of all them that fear thee, And of them that observe thy precepts.

¹⁵ Precious in the sight of Jehovah Is the death of his saints.

⁶ Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: He that walketh in a perfect way, he shall minister unto me.

⁴ Sing praise unto Jehovah, O ye saints of his, And give thanks to his holy memorial `name'.

⁴¹ Now therefore arise, O Jehovah God, into thy resting-place, thou, and the ark of thy strength: let thy priests, O Jehovah God, be clothed with salvation, and let thy saints rejoice in goodness.
