¹³ Jehovah looketh from heaven; He beholdeth all the sons of men;

⁴ Jehovah is in his holy temple; Jehovah, his throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

²⁴ For he looketh to the ends of the earth, And seeth under the whole heaven;

² Jehovah looked down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there were any that did understand, That did seek after God.

¹³ And there is no creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

⁵⁰ Till Jehovah look down, and behold from heaven.

²³ Am I a God at hand, saith Jehovah, and not a God afar off?

²⁴ Can any hide himself in secret places so that I shall not see him? saith Jehovah. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith Jehovah.

³ The eyes of Jehovah are in every place, Keeping watch upon the evil and the good.

¹⁹ For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary; From heaven did Jehovah behold the earth;

² God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there were any that did understand, That did seek after God.

⁹ For the eyes of Jehovah run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly; for from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

¹² And God saw the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.
