¹ Give ear to my prayer, O God; And hide not thyself from my supplication.

¹ Hear my cry, O God; Attend unto my prayer.

¹² For the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, And his ears unto their supplication: But the face of the Lord is upon them that do evil.

⁸ Yea, when I cry, and call for help, he shutteth out my prayer.

⁷ Make haste to answer me, O Jehovah; my spirit faileth: Hide not thy face from me, Lest I become like them that go down into the pit.

⁶ Give ear, O Jehovah, unto my prayer; And hearken unto the voice of my supplications.

⁴ O Jehovah God of hosts, How long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy people?

¹ Give ear, O Shepherd of Israel, Thou that leadest Joseph like a flock; Thou that sittest `above' the cherubim, shine forth.

¹ Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint: Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

¹ Save me, O God, by thy name, And judge me in thy might.

² Hear my prayer, O God; Give ear to the words of my mouth.

¹ Unto thee, O Jehovah, will I call: My rock, be not thou deaf unto me; Lest, if thou be silent unto me, I become like them that go down into the pit.

⁹ Hide not thy face from me; Put not thy servant away in anger: Thou hast been my help; Cast me not off, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

¹ Hear the right, O Jehovah, attend unto my cry; Give ear unto my prayer, that goeth not out of feigned lips.

¹ O Jehovah, rebuke me not in thine anger, Neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
