⁷ And the women sang one to another as they played, and said, Saul hath slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands.

¹¹ And the servants of Achish said unto him, Is not this David the king of the land? did they not sing one to another of him in dances, saying, Saul hath slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands?

²¹ And Miriam answered them, Sing ye to Jehovah, for he hath triumphed gloriously; The horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea.

⁵ Is not this David, of whom they sang one to another in dances, saying, Saul hath slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands?

⁷ Lift up your heads, O ye gates; And be ye lifted up, ye everlasting doors: And the King of glory will come in.

⁸ Who is the King of glory? Jehovah strong and mighty, Jehovah mighty in battle.
